Our Machine shop has both CNC and manual machines.
Our CNC Machining Centers utilize MasterCam programming software. We can work directly from your programming files or PDFs. We work with all carbon steel, stainless steel, Aluminum, and Plastics.
- CNC Vertical Milling Centers with multiple capacities. We can accommodate as large as 24” wide x 48” long parts in three axes and smaller parts in four axes.
- CNC Horizontal Machining Centers with up to 50” x 64” travels
- CNC Vertical Routers with 60” x 120” capacity
- CNC Horizontal Turning Centers with multiple capacities. We can run large volume small parts in our bar fed chucker and larger parts in our 15” chuck x 40” travel lathe.
- CNC Vertical Turning Center with 39″ table w/ 51″ swing.
- Manual Vertical Mills with an assortment of travels, risers, and indexing heads
- Manual Engine Lathes with assorted swings and lengths up to 12 feet.
- Manual Vertical Lathe with 36” table
- Surface Grinders with 18” x 72” capacity
